My investment portfolio review is due next quarter and I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge in Hyderabad. I'm based in Dubai, so ground reality check mushkil hai. What's the resale market like there? Is it mostly investors buying, ya end-users bhi hain? Worried about ghost society risk, you know. For a 5-year horizon, what's the exit strategy look like? Will there be enough buyers then?

Yaar, ye investor-heavy projects ka darr toh genuine hai. 897 units hain, agar sab investor hi le lenge toh ghost society ban jayegi. Resale value ka kya hoga fir 5 saal baad?
Mai disagree karta hu. Hyderabad mein demand abhi bhi bohot hai, especially from end-users. Attapur side mein bhi pehle log darte the, but ab dekho kitna develop ho gaya.
