Sattva Lake Ridge compact layouts feel tight

Visited Sattva Lake Ridge last week. Kids moved out, so selling our big house for a compact flat. The 2BHK looked okay on paper, but after seeing it, carpet area efficiency ka thoda doubt hai. Does it genuinely feel spacious enough for two people daily? Not sure if the layout works.

Totally understand what you mean! We also checked out Sattva Lake Ridge and the 2BHK felt really cramped. On paper, it seemed fine, but the actual usable space was surprisingly less. Lagta hai sirf super built-up area pe focus karte hain builders.

Haan bhai, same experience. Aur price itna high hai for that small space, budget pura hil jaata hai. What are we even paying for?
