My lease ends in 4 months and I'm still super confused about buying. Hyderabad mein property dekh raha hoon, and Sattva Lake Ridge caught my eye, but it's upcoming. I'm worried about the builder trust factor. Sattva ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery and quality in their other Hyderabad projects? My main concern is ki kahin investor ratio bahut high na ho. Ek family ke liye rehne layak society banegi ya sirf rental properties? I'm looking for a home, not just an investment. Should I risk an upcoming project for potential appreciation, ya stick to something ready-to-move jahan society vibe clear ho? Any thoughts on how to gauge this beforehand?

Bhai, your concerns are totally valid. I've heard mixed reviews about Sattva, especially with their projects getting delayed. Lake Ridge sounds good on paper, but 2028 possession date is too far, anything can happen. I'm also looking in Hyderabad, and this investor ratio thing is a big red flag for me too. We want a home, not a hotel full of tenants. I'd lean towards ready-to-move for peace of mind, even if it means slightly less 'potential appreciation'.
