₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Sattva Lake Ridge seems okay, but I'm wondering about its investment potential. Pre-launch mein prices obviously better the, par abhi kitna upside bacha hai for capital appreciation? Builders usually inflate projections, but what's the ground reality? Also, 5 saal baad is project se exit karna kitna easy hoga? Kya secondary market mein liquidity hogi for investors? Yaar, thoda nervous hoon, first investment hai. What do you guys think?
