₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Sattva Lake Ridge, that's what they quoted. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking for something smaller, manageable. We're thinking of selling our big house, you know? But is Sattva Lake Ridge actually good for daily living? Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikha rahe hain, par will we actually use them? Or just pay high maintenance for a fancy gym we won't touch? Also, nearby hospitals ka kya scene hai? For our age, that's a big concern. Any current residents or future buyers, please share your thoughts. Is it worth it for an empty nester couple like us?
