Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. The project looks promising on paper, location's decent for future growth, but I'm trying to gauge the real investor sentiment here. From my experience, upcoming projects carry delivery risk. Sattva's track record, especially in Hyderabad, is what I'm keen on. Are they generally on time, or do they push possession dates often? That directly impacts my ROI calculations.
