Sattva Lake Ridge elevators are a daily struggle

Sattva Lake Ridge — just moved in last month, aur elevators ka issue ho raha hai. Builders ne bola tha high-speed lifts hain, par abhi tak ek lift toh out of order hai. Dusri bhi slow lagti hai, especially during peak hours. Maintenance team ko call kiya, they took almost a day to even check. Kids ke saath 4th floor tak upar-neeche karna mushkil ho gaya hai. Has anyone else faced this problem? Yaar, yeh toh basic amenity hai na? Kya yeh improve hoga?
