Sattva Lake Ridge, Jubilee Hills — kids moved out, so I'm looking to downsize. We're selling our big house, don't need so much space anymore. This project looks promising for a compact flat, but I have doubts. Is it actually good for daily living, yaani, just brochure-mein-acchi or genuinely livable? Especially the society vibe and amenities, are they well-maintained and friendly? And nearby hospitals for elderly parents ke liye important hai. Also, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Don't want high costs. Any actual resident experiences?

Bhai, Jubilee Hills mein toh price range always high hi rehta hai. Even for compact flats, expect ₹1.5 Cr se upar. First-time buyers ke liye thoda mushkil hai udhar.
