Sattva Lake Ridge: Family flat confusion, need advice

Okay I'll be honest — I'm really struggling to decide on a new flat for my growing family. We're seriously looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, an upcoming project in Hyderabad. My main concern is the 3BHK layout; are these apartments genuinely family-friendly, ya just good on paper? Carpet area kitna efficient lagta hai for daily living with kids? And for the children, neighborhood mein acche schools hain nearby? Safety kaisi hai? My wife's priority is a safe environment, I'm not entirely sure if this area delivers. Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
