Sattva Lake Ridge: Investor ratio worries anyone?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Fed up of renting. Everyone glorifies Sattva Lake Ridge's amenities, nobody talks investor ratio. Ghost society banega kya? RWA quality? Change my mind.

Totally agree with OP! This is exactly my fear with new projects, especially the bigger ones. I saw a similar situation unfold in a project near Gachibowli a few years back. Half the flats were empty for ages, and the RWA struggled to collect maintenance, affecting overall upkeep. Sattva Lake Ridge looks good on paper, but if it becomes an investor hub, the community feel will be non-existent. Ghost society banega toh kya fayda itne amenities ka?
