Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Sattva Lake Ridge for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, I'm eyeing a 3BHK or villa. Is the price jump worth it for an investor? My focus is capital appreciation and rental yield. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? Heard mixed things about Sattva’s past projects. For Lake Ridge, brochure says 2.5 years for possession. But ground reality kya hai? Kitna time lagega? What about the resale market in 5-7 years? Will it be liquid for a smooth exit? My exit strategy is key, so long-term value insights would be super helpful.

Bhai, Sattva Lake Ridge ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Brochure mein 2.5 years likha hai, but inka track record toh bahut poor hai delivery mein. Mere ek dost ka project 2 saal late hua tha inka. Kya ground reality mein 2028-01-01 tak mil jayega possession? Bahut risky lag raha hai as a first-time buyer.
