Same thoughts, yaar! Sattva Lake Ridge looks good on paper, especially the location and amenities. But 897 units, that's a huge number for an upcoming project. My biggest worry is exactly what you said – if most are investors, who will actually live there? Feels like a recipe for a ghost town with high maintenance and no community.
Exactly! A friend of mine booked in a similar project and now regrets it. Empty buildings are just sad, and the promised amenities never fully took off.
