Totally agree. My cousin booked in a project near Ameerpet, not Sattva, but similar issues. Possession ke time itne defects nikle, builder ne ignore hi kar diya. Finally, khud se repair karwana pada. Resale mein bhi problem aayi because of poor quality. Investors ke liye toh aur headache hai.
