Sattva Lake Ridge: Is it genuinely a good home?
Been renting for almost a decade now and I'm totally fed up. Landlord ne rent phir se badha diya, so finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, it's an upcoming project. On paper, amenities kaafi sahi lagte hain – clubhouse, pool, sports facilities. But honestly, kitne useful hote hain real life mein? Kya bas show ke liye hain ya people actually use them daily? My main concern is livability. Is this place genuinely good to live in every day, family ke saath? Or sirf marketing hype hai? I'm thinking about daily convenience too, like nearby schools ya hospitals, market access. Commute bhi important hai, I work near Gachibowli. EMI vs rent ka math toh clear hai, but I don't want to buy something just to regret it later. Jo log Hyderabad mein rehte hain, especially around that area, what's your take on Sattva Lake Ridge? Should I consider it seriously for a long-term home?
