Sattva Lake Ridge ki society vibe sirf brochure mein acchi hai kya? Fed up of renting, finally thinking of buying here. My landlord just hiked the rent again, it's getting ridiculous. I'm looking at a 3 BHK, maybe 4th floor. Brochure mein toh community events aur kids play area sab dikhate hain. But real mein wahan ka neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools nearby hain kya? Aur daily grocery options, markets, hospitals ka kya scene hai? Commute bhi important hai, office Hitech City mein hai. Is it friendly, ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges bhi kitne aate hain roughly? Honestly not sure if it's genuinely liveable. Don't want to regret this big decision after so much EMI. What's the daily life like for residents?
