Sattva Lake Ridge ke pre-launch prices pe sab hype karte hain. Current rates pe ROI dikhta hi nahi yaar. Builder ka delivery track record bhi average hai. Is it even worth it now? Change my mind.

Sattva Lake Ridge ke current rates par, if you calculate the interest on your home loan till 2028 and then factor in the expected appreciation, you'll barely break even, forget about good ROI. Better to look at ready-to-move options ya phir kisi aur developing corridor mein.
Current rates pe ROI bahut kam hai, especially for capital appreciation. Agar aap rent ke liye le rahe ho toh maybe still manageable, but as a pure investment for appreciation, it's not looking good. Attapur mein bhi similar projects hain jo better returns de rahe hain.

Absolutely, same experience! My cousin booked in their project near Ameerpet, aur 2 saal tak construction ruka hua tha. Builder ne sirf promises di, aur interest ka nuksaan alag se. First-time buyers ko toh aise projects se door hi rehna chahiye jinka record theek na ho, especially jab itna bada investment ho. Yeh log toh sirf numbers dikhate hain, quality aur time pe focus kam rehta hai.
Haan, bhai, inka track record toh average hi hai. 2028-01-01 is the official RERA date, but be prepared for delays. Mere dost ne inke ek project mein book kiya tha Begumpet mein, 1 saal late mila tha usko.
