Sattva Lake Ridge — really looking at this one for investment. The current pricing seems... okay, but I'm trying to figure out if it's actually worth it long-term. What's the capital appreciation like for similar projects in the area? Is the price per sqft justified compared to other upcoming builder projects nearby? Also, what about exit strategy? Who's gonna buy from me in 5-7 years? Don't want to get stuck. Any real experiences on resale liquidity in this area?
