Builder RERA completion dates for under-construction projects are often just aspirational, especially in Hyderabad. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, and while the location seems good, I'm genuinely worried about their delivery track record. As someone in the industry, I know the games. What's the community's honest take on Sattva's past projects? Do they actually deliver on time, or is there usually a significant delay? Also, what's the vibe on the investor vs end-user ratio there? Don't wanna end up in a ghost tower.
