Koi aur project hai kya jo Ameerpet ya nearby area mein ho aur jiska layout thoda practical ho? Budget 70-80L ke around hai.
Dekho, har project mein kuch na kuch compromise toh karna padta hai, especially in that budget range. Sattva Lake Ridge ka location accha hai, but agar layout issue hai toh re-sale value pe bhi impact pad sakta hai long term mein. Shayad thoda aur wait karke ya budget thoda badha ke better option dekho, ya phir secondary market mein bhi explore kar sakte ho.
U9, Ameerpet mein 70-80L mein new projects thode mushkil hain with good layout. Attapur side mein kuch options mil sakte hain, thoda explore karo. But wahan bhi space wastage ka issue common hai. Aur agar budget stretch kar sakte ho thoda toh options badh jayenge.
Yaar, Sattva Lake Ridge is UPCOMING. Possession date 2028-01-01 hai aur total units 897 hain. Itna bada project, upar se abhi se layout ki itni complaints. Builders toh vaise bhi delays ke liye famous hain. Kya guarantee hai ki 2028 tak sab smooth chalega aur quality bhi compromise nahi hogi? Iska track record dekhna padega.
U12, Sattva ka record mixed hai but in general, for a project this size and UPCOMING status, delays are almost a given. Hyderabad market mein property prices abhi bhi badh rahe hain, but quality aur possession timelines pe trust karna mushkil ho gaya hai. Abhi toh sirf brochure aur sample flat pe hi decide karna padta hai.

But which flat type are you talking about? 2BHK or 3BHK? Sometimes the smaller ones are always cramped.
U5, maine 2BHK aur 3BHK dono dekhe hain. Both have issues. 2BHK toh bohot hi compact hai, but 3BHK mein bhi common areas mein space wastage bahut hai. Especially the foyer area, it's disproportionately large for no reason.
Totally agree with U1. Yeh Lake Ridge ka layout dekh ke toh mera bhi dimag kharab ho gaya. Socha tha first home hai, kuch toh decent milega. Budget bhi tight hai, aur upar se aise compromises. Aisa lagta hai inko sirf numbers bechne hain, living experience se koi matlab nahi.
Aur koi builder ka project dekha kya jiska layout better laga ho?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Maine ek 2BHK dekha tha, uska living room itna narrow tha ki sofa aur TV unit ke baad chalne ki jagah hi nahi bachti. Aur master bedroom toh bas bed size ka tha. Alwal mein bhi kuch projects mein yahi haal hai. Brochure mein jo furniture placements dikhate hain, woh toh sirf Photoshop ka kamaal hai. Real life mein toh adjust karte reh jaao.

Haan bilkul, kitchen ki problem toh har dusre project mein hai. Lagta hai builders ko lagta hai log bahar se khana mangayenge ya sirf chai banayenge. Practicality naam ki cheez hi nahi hai. Upar se yeh 'utility area' ke naam pe adha balcony kha jaate hain. Mera toh mann hi uth gaya tha jab maine bhi Sattva Lake Ridge dekha.
Bhai, exactly! Mere saath bhi yahi hua. Brochure mein sab glossy dikhta hai, on-site jaao toh reality check milta hai. Maine toh ek aur project dekha tha near Begumpet, wahan bhi same problem thi. Builders bas carpet area kam karke numbers badha dete hain, but actual usable space zero. Kitchen toh itna chota tha ki fridge rakhne ki jagah nahi thi. Bahut disappointing hai yaar, itna paisa daal rahe hain aur phir bhi adjust karna padega.
