Since January, I've been shortlisting flats. Sattva Lake Ridge ke brochures toh mast lagte hain. But as a parent, I'm worried about kids' safety and actual usable amenities. Kya community vibe family-friendly hai? Nearby schools ka commute kaisa for kids? Real experiences please?

Bhai, Sattva Lake Ridge ka possession date 2028-01-01 hai. Itna long wait! Mujhe to builder ke past projects ka record dekh ke darr lagta hai. Is it really worth blocking funds for so long? Especially for an UPCOMING project with so many units (897)?

Totally agree with you! Mera ek friend ne bhi 2021 mein ek upcoming project book kiya tha, bola tha 2024 tak mil jayega. Abhi tak construction chal hi raha hai, bol rahe hain 2025 end tak hoga. Builders ki baat pe bharosa karna mushkil hai yaar.
