Honestly not sure if I made the right call booking in Sattva Lake Ridge a few months back. I'm an investor, not an end-user, so my main focus is ROI aur ek smooth exit. The project abhi upcoming hai, aur completion timeline pe thoda doubt ho raha hai. Builder ka track record Hyderabad mein kaisa hai? Suna hai Sattva ka delivery sometimes late hota hai. Is it true for their other projects too? Also, agar 3-4 saal mein bechna pade, will the resale market be liquid enough? Don't want to get stuck with an illiquid asset. Koi firsthand experience ya advice? Kya is project ka long-term appreciation potential strong hai?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi ek friend Alwal mein ek project mein fasa tha, builder ne 1 saal extra le liya. Builders ke promises pe poora trust karna mushkil hai aajkal. Sattva ka reputation to thoda upar-neeche rehta hai.
