Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge on Saturday. Honestly, brochures mein jo floor plans dikhaye the, actual flat ka layout dekh ke I'm quite frustrated. Kids ke rooms bahut chhote lag rahe hain, aur kitchen space bhi tight hai, family ke liye practical nahi lag raha. My wife is really worried. Jo log yahan rehte hain ya book kiya hai, unka kya experience hai with usable space? Daily life mein kitni problem aati hai with kids? Is this genuinely good to live in?

I actually liked the Lake Ridge project, but yes, you have to be smart with furniture. Maybe custom-made storage solutions can help. Location-wise, it's good for connectivity
Bhai, Sattva ka track record hi aisa hai. They usually compromise on carpet area to give fancy amenities. And Lake Ridge being UPCOMING, possession date 2028 tak hai, so kaafi time hai price fluctuations aur delays ke liye. Kya price quote kar rahe the per sqft? Did you check their RERA details for previous projects?
Yeah, 2028 is a long wait. Market conditions can change a lot by then.
U3, you hit the nail on the head. My cousin had issues with another Sattva project near Ameerpet, delays theek hai but quality bhi compromise ki thi. Price toh they were quoting around 6500-7000 per sqft for Lake Ridge, which felt high for the space.
Yaar, I visited too and had the exact same thought! Brochure mein toh sab grand lagta hai, real life mein itna tight space. Main bhi kids ke liye worried hoon. Pata nahi kya karein.
Totally agree with your point. My friend booked a flat in Alwal and faced similar space issues. They regretted not checking properly.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Builders ka yahi problem hai, scale models aur actual delivery mein bahut farak hota hai. Especially for first-time buyers like us, it's a huge decision and these small details matter big time.
