Sattva Lake Ridge layouts feel smaller than advertised

Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last Saturday, and honestly, show flat dekh ke bahut acha laga, especially the amenities they're promising. Fed up of renting now, yaar, landlord ne rent fir badha diya. So finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. But after seeing the 2.5 BHK, I'm a bit concerned about the actual carpet area. Brochure mein numbers toh sahi lagte hain, but andar se thoda compact feel hua, especially living area and kitchen. Kids ke liye space kaisa hoga for daily life? Aur nearby schools ka kya scene hai, kitna time lagta hai commute mein? Koi experience share kar sakta hai for daily convenience and neighborhood vibe? Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas brochure pe hi acha hai?
