Sattva Lake Ridge — I'm looking at a 3BHK here, but since I'm based in Dubai, site visits are tough. Trying to close something remotely. Meri main concern hai legal clarity. How do you guys actually verify RERA registration for projects in Gachibowli or Kokapet? Matlab, just checking the RERA website is enough, ya aur bhi kuch check karna padta hai? Builder ka track record kaise dekhte hain, specially Salarpuria Sattva jaiso ka? Aur title verification ke liye, power of attorney se kya-kya steps cover ho sakte hain? Not sure if bank legal teams are fully reliable for this. Koi experienced property manager bhi recommend kar sakte ho for due diligence? I'm worried about future exit options if there are title issues.
