Sattva Lake Ridge livability is overrated, no?
Just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge last month. Honestly not sure about the daily livability yahan. Community ka vibe kaisa lagta hai logon ko? My kids ke liye schools aur nearby markets ka access kesa hai? Is it genuinely a good home, ya sirf paper pe accha hai? Maintenance charges bhi thode high lag rahe, not sure if it's worth it.

Totally agree! It feels like they're just charging for 'future' amenities. Kisiko pata hai kya is project ka current per sqft value justify hota hai?
