Sattva Lake Ridge mein 5 saal baad resale value kaisi rehti hai, anyone has an idea? Just moved into my 3BHK yahan Gachibowli ke paas, possession March mein mila. Honestly, handover ke time kuch cheezein unexpected thi, like final charges... not sure if it was just me. Abhi society maintenance ka scene bhi dekh raha hun. Kya lagta hai, is it a good long-term investment for appreciation, considering the ₹1.8 Cr I paid? Financial District area toh achha hai but builders ka track record for maintenance and resale matters, right? Any first-hand experiences from Salarpuria Sattva owners, especially about post-possession upkeep? Wondering if I made the right choice for future returns.

Bhai, Salarpuria Sattva ka track record resale ke liye utna strong nahi hai, especially post-possession. Bengaluru mein bhi kaafi complaints suni hain regarding maintenance and handover quality. ₹1.8 Cr is a significant amount, so your concern is valid.
Haan bhai, same here. Maintenance issues toh har jagah hain, but Salarpuria Sattva se thodi better expectation thi.
