Builder ka track record kitna important hai? I've heard so many stories about possession delays and hidden charges baad mein. Aur jo finishing quality thi, woh brochure se bahut alag thi. Plus, amenity charges aur maintenance fees baad mein itne badha diye ki kya bataun. Har mahine kuch naya charge add kar dete the. Lake Ridge ka bhi same scene ho sakta hai, 897 units ka project hai, delays toh likely hain.
