₹1.2 Cr is a big investment for me, especially sitting here in Dubai. I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge in Hyderabad for an investment flat. Can't do site inspections myself, so relying on you guys. My main worry is the investor vs end-user ratio. Kya ghost society ban jayegi? Also, five years down the line, selling it off will be easy or not? Need a solid exit strategy and ground reality checks.

Bhai, ghost society ka darr toh real hai, especially for upcoming projects. Sattva ka track record mixed raha hai kuch areas mein. ₹1.2 Cr for an investment flat is huge, Alwal side mein bhi options dekh sakte ho. Kya aapne builder ke previous projects check kiye hain?
Haan, Sattva ke kuch projects mein delays hue hain, especially in Begumpet. Alwal mein bhi options hain but connectivity ka issue ho sakta hai. Previous projects online reviews mein toh mixed feedback milta hai
