Did some online research on Sattva Lake Ridge this weekend, and honestly, thoda confused hoon. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Builder ka track record kaisa hai Hyderabad mein for on-time delivery? Especially for this project, it's upcoming, so under-construction risk hai. I'm thinking long-term investment, maybe for rental income and capital appreciation. But if mostly investors buy yahaan, will it become a ghost society? Resale market mein liquidity ka kya scene hoga then? Need a property manager, but if society mein log hi nahi hain toh rentals ka kya? Any thoughts on their past projects' delivery timelines? Bahut important hai for me. RERA status toh okay hai, but actual ground reality kya hai?

Totally agree with the ghost society point! Mera budget limited hai, aur agar main invest karoon aur wahan log hi na rahen, toh resale value ka kya hoga
Bhai, aapki concerns valid hain. Main bhi Hyderabad mein property dekh raha hoon aur Sattva ka naam suna hai. But under-construction projects mein time delay ka risk toh rehta hi hai. Especially agar builder ka track record utna solid na ho. Mujhe bhi ghost society wala point dara raha hai, especially agar rental income target hai.
