Sattva Lake Ridge: My layout worries for daily living
Since last year I've been so fed up with my landlord, finally taking the plunge to buy. Rent vs EMI math is just not working out anymore. I'm seriously looking at Sattva Lake Ridge, the upcoming project. Brochure mein layouts toh kaafi sahi lagte hain, especially the 3BHKs. But I'm worried about carpet area efficiency. Matlab, on paper it's one thing, but actual living space kitna usable hai? Sometimes rooms feel cramped ya passages waste ho jaate hain. Also, community vibe kaisi hogi? It's still upcoming, so not sure. Kids ke liye parks, play areas, woh sab quality ke hain ya bas naam ke? Any current residents or those who've visited, please share your thoughts. Is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper? What's the real feel of the layouts? Should I consider it for long-term living?
