I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm eyeing Sattva Lake Ridge for investment, but these hidden costs worry me. Builders promise 24/7 power backup, but is it full flat or just common areas? What about water supply? Is it reliable or do we depend on tankers after a few years? And elevator maintenance response time... that can really affect tenant experience. Anyone living there or near have actual insights?

Yaar, ye power backup aur paani ka chakkar toh har project mein rehta hai. Builders bolte kuch hain, hota kuch aur hai. Sattva ka track record kaisa hai in terms of maintenance after possession? Especially for a project with 897 units, that's a huge number. Kya ye log manage kar paate hain itna load?
