Sattva Lake Ridge — I'm looking at this project for investment, but I have a major concern. Everyone glorifies the location, but nobody talks about the potential investor-to-end-user ratio. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits often, and for me, a 'ghost society' is a huge deal-breaker, especially for rental potential. High investor numbers often mean low occupancy, which impacts community life and even maintenance. Hyderabad mein water supply ka issue toh sabko pata hai. What's the reality for Sattva Lake Ridge? Is it tanker-dependent, or do they have a reliable source? My tenants won't tolerate water problems. I need ground truth for Power of Attorney decisions. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the OP! Hyderabad mein water supply ka issue is a real pain. Especially for an upcoming project like Sattva Lake Ridge with 897 units, they need a solid plan. Meri behen ka flat hai Attapur mein, wahan subah sham tanker ka chakkar rehta hai. Tenants will definitely crib.
Exactly! Begumpet mein bhi same haal hai. Water tankers are the norm, not the exception. Builders promise HMWS&SB connection but it takes ages to materialize.
