My budget is locked, loan pre-approved, but I'm still stuck on the *real* day-to-day living. I work in RE, but buying for myself is different. For Sattva Lake Ridge, is the power backup genuinely full-flat, or just common areas like most projects? Also, water supply – is it reliable, or are tankers a regular thing? What's the *actual* experience?
