Sattva Lake Ridge owners, real construction quality experience?
Construction quality post-possession is my biggest worry right now. Honestly, Sattva Lake Ridge mein construction quality kaise hai after 1-2 years? Cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate? First home hai, I don't want future headaches. Maintenance charges bhi worth it hain kya?

Hyderabad market mein prices already high hain, especially in areas like Alwal where Lake Ridge is coming up. Is it really worth blocking funds for 4+ years for 897 units, hoping for good quality? Ya phir better to look at ready-to-move options, even if a bit older, where quality is visible?

I own a flat in Sattva's Begumpet project, got possession in 2021. Generally, the construction quality is decent. No major cracks or seepage issues so far, touchwood. Minor finishing issues the first year, but they were resolved during the warranty period. Maintenance charges are on the higher side, but the amenities are well-maintained. So, not perfect, but not a nightmare either.

Sahi kaha U3. My brother booked a flat in Ameerpet with another big builder, they promised 2025 but abhi tak toh kuch khaas progress nahi dikh raha. Builders ki promises pe itna bharosa mat karo. Always check RERA progress and past project delivery timelines. Sattva ka track record mixed hai, sunna hai.
Haan, it's definitely upcoming. My agent told me 2028-01-01 is the official date. But builder delays are so common, by 2028 it might still be under construction. This question is valid for any builder, really.
