Okay, I'll be honest, buying for myself after seeing so many projects from the inside is still a shock. Sattva Lake Ridge mein brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, aur delivery pe jo mila, bahut farak hai. Clubhouse kaafi chhota lag raha hai, aur equipment bhi kam hain. Swimming pool size bhi expected se kam hai. Feels like just a tick mark. Is it just me, ya aap log bhi same experience kar rahe ho?

Bhai, RERA documents mein bhi thoda vague language use karte hain. Best bet is to ask for floor plans of the clubhouse and amenity areas. Aur builder ke previous projects visit karo, wahan ke residents se baat karo. That's the real ground reality.

Look for details like 'fully equipped gym' vs 'provision for gym'. Also, check the square footage allocated for clubhouse, pool etc. Don't just go by the pictures.
U3, haan, Sattva Lake Ridge ka official possession date 2028-01-01 hai. It's still a long way, so maybe there's hope for better amenities? But seeing how many units (897!) they are building, I'm worried about overcrowding and actual usability of common facilities. Chhota clubhouse with almost 900 families, sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
Totally agree with the original post. My friend bought a flat in a different Sattva project near Ameerpet a few years back, and even there, the promised 'luxury amenities' turned out to be very basic. The gym had only 3 machines and the kids' play area was just a swing set. It's almost like they know people will sign up anyway.

Sach mein? Mujhe toh laga tha Sattva thoda better hoga. Iska possession date kya hai? Abhi toh booking phase mein hi hai na?
Nahi bhai, you're not alone. Builders ka yahi problem hai, marketing mein sab kuch grand dikhate hain but actual mein sab cut-short kar dete hain. I've seen this happen with so many projects, especially when they promise a lot of amenities.
