Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last week, and honestly, I'm trying to see past the marketing. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you. My main concern is water supply. They show big overhead tanks, but is it reliable? How often are tankers needed in daily life? Hyderabad's water situation can be tricky, especially during summers. Are there any hidden charges for water? Any insider tips from residents would be super helpful. Buying for myself is a whole different game. Hope this helps someone.
