Sattva Lake Ridge parking system fails residents

Yaar, I completely get what you're saying. I'm also a first-time buyer and the thought of not having a guaranteed parking spot in my own home gives me anxiety. Especially for a project like Sattva Lake Ridge, which is supposed to be premium. I thought reserved parking was standard for any decent apartment complex in Hyderabad. Are builders really cutting corners like this now? It's bad enough we're paying such high prices, this lottery system sounds like a nightmare, especially if you have guests or multiple cars.
