Sattva Lake Ridge possession delays are builder's norm?

Moved into Sattva Lake Ridge just three months back. Honestly, not sure if I made the right call. Possession date jo bola tha, itne delays huye ki kya batau. Builder ka track record is always a big deal, right? Aur jab finally mil gaya, things nobody told me about were the actual maintenance charges and usable amenities. The grand clubhouse looks good in the brochure, but kitna use hota hai? My kids hardly go. Also, the promised green areas don't feel as spacious. Is this normal for Hyderabad builders? Kya har under-construction project mein aise hi hota hai? What's your experience with other projects?
