Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing Sattva Lake Ridge too, but this quality concern is seriously making me rethink. Especially with the possession date being 2028-01-01, that's a long wait to then find out about issues. My friend booked in another builder's project near Attapur, and they faced similar seepage problems within two years. Builder tab tak haath khade kar dete hain. What if the same happens here? We're first-time buyers, it's a huge investment.
