Sattva Lake Ridge: Post-possession reality

₹1.1 crore for a 3BHK in Kokapet felt like a deal, but then possession happened. Just got my flat in Sattva Lake Ridge last month. Builder ne hidden charges ke naam pe kaafi add kar diye, especially registry ke time pe. Maintenance deposit bhi higher laga than expected. Amenities ki list lambi thi, but abhi tak kuch functional nahi hai, like the swimming pool. Post-possession customer support toh almost zero hai. Things nobody told me before buying. Am I the only one facing these issues with Salarpuria Sattva's projects?
