Construction quality in new Hyderabad projects is my biggest worry these days, honestly. Planning to upgrade to a 3BHK at Sattva Lake Ridge for the family. But I'm hearing so many stories about post-possession issues. Like, after 1-2 years, kya cracks aate hain ya seepage ka problem hota hai? Fittings aur plumbing kitna tikta hai? And water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency toh nahi hogi na for a family with kids? Also, kids ke liye play area kitna safe aur usable hai? My wife is very particular about this. Any existing residents share their experience?

Dekho, every project will have some teething issues, that's almost a given these days. But the extent matters. Sattva is a big name, but even big names can cut corners. The key is to talk to people who have taken possession in their other projects, not just this one. And always, ALWAYS check the fine print for maintenance charges and water supply clauses. Don't rely just on verbal assurances.
897 units? That's a huge project! Is it RERA registered? Also, with so many units, water supply aur common area maintenance kaise manage karenge? Hyderabad mein water scarcity already issue hai kuch areas mein.
Exactly my concern! I visited a project in Begumpet with similar number of units. The management committee was always fighting over maintenance budget because so many people meant diverse opinions. Plus, the water bill was through the roof because they had to buy tanker water constantly. For a family with kids, this is a huge headache. Think about the hidden costs beyond EMI.
897 units matlab bahut crowd hoga. Parking, lift wait times, aur children's play area bhi overloaded ho jayega. Meri cousin ka Ameerpet mein ek project hai, wahan 500 units hain, aur water pressure bahut low rehta hai.
RERA registered hai, but that doesn't mean no issues. Sirf transparency badhti hai.
Bhai, main Attapur mein ek project dekh raha tha last year, wahan bhi same issues sunne ko mile. Builder ne sab promises kiye, but possession ke baad water supply ka bahut problem hua. Tanker dependency itni badh gayi ki monthly bill double ho gaya. Plus, play area sirf naam ka tha, security nahi thi. Kids ke liye safe bilkul nahi. Mujhe toh lagta hai, pre-booking ke time sab accha dikhate hain, real picture baad mein aati hai.

Exactly! 2028 is a long way. Market conditions can change a lot by then. Interest rates upar neeche ho sakte hain, and property values in Hyderabad are already quite high. Kya pata tab tak kya scene ho.
Haan, possession date 2028 hai. Itni late possession mein booking karna thoda risky lag raha hai.
Sattva ka track record mixed hai yaar. Kuch projects mein delivery delays hue hain, but quality generally okay rahi hai. But Lake Ridge ka possession 2028 hai, which is quite far off. Long wait time hai.
Yaar, construction quality ka issue toh har jagah hai. I'm also looking for a 3BHK in Hyderabad and Sattva is on my list, but your post has me worried. Especially the cracks and seepage part, that's a nightmare after paying so much. Meri wife bhi play area aur kids safety ko lekar bahut particular hai.
