Exactly my thoughts! Show flat toh sabke acche hote hain. But the actual possession date is 2028-01-01, which is still so far. I'm worried about the construction quality and delays. Plus, budget mein rehna bhi hai. Kya yeh builder time pe deliver karta hai, ya delays common hain?
U1, totally agree. Delays are my biggest fear. And when they do deliver, sometimes the internal fittings are not what was promised. Have they mentioned anything
