Honestly, I'm really frustrated with Sattva Lake Ridge's progress. They promised mid-2025 possession, but the construction pace seems so slow. My EMI started, and I'm stressing about delays. Anyone else seeing this? Should I be worried about their builder trust factor? What options do first-time buyers even have if they delay?

Mid-2025? Are you sure? I checked the RERA website recently for Sattva Lake Ridge and it clearly shows the official possession date as 2028-01-01. Builders often give a different 'internal' date, but only the RERA date holds up legally. This discrepancy itself is a huge red flag for me. Always cross-check with RERA, especially for such a big project with 897 units.
Haan bhai, same boat! Mera bhi EMI chalu ho gaya hai, aur site pe jaake dekho toh lagta hai turtle race chal rahi hai. Bohut tension ho rahi hai sach mein.
