Sattva Lake Ridge: Project stalling risk, anyone?
Been tracking Hyderabad's real estate for years now, especially West Hyderabad. Salarpuria Sattva projects, like Sattva Lake Ridge, have good locations but I'm always wary of project stalling. What's their financial health like, yaar? Any actual buyers who've seen delays because of builder funds? Market mein toh bohot rumors hain. ROI ka calculation mein yeh risk factor kaun consider karta hai?
