Sattva Lake Ridge? The possession date is 2028-01-01, which is quite far off for an 'upcoming' project. What are the real maintenance costs like after initial builder quotes? And is the 2028-01-01 possession date realistic for an 'upcoming' project?

Totally agree, U1! Builders always lowball maintenance initially. Happened with my friend in Begumpet. Possession delays are a given, sadly.
