Sattva Lake Ridge: RERA paperwork — what's missing?

Sattva Lake Ridge ke RERA details check kar raha tha, aur kuch cheezein clear nahi hain. Upcoming project hai, but website pe documentation puri nahi lag rahi. TGRERA ke recent actions dekhe hain, toh as an investor, I'm worried. Has anyone verified their compliance? Kya builder ka past RERA record sahi hai for delivery and legalities?

Bhai, you're not alone. I've also been looking at Sattva Lake Ridge and the RERA transparency feels off. Especially with TGRERA getting stricter, builders can't just hide things anymore. Their past projects in Attapur had some serious delays, heard from a friend who booked there. Always check the official RERA site, not just the builder's.
