Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally buying. Considering Sattva Lake Ridge. How are their security systems? Are guards effective, or just CCTVs?

U1, I visited their site office. They claim 24/7 guards and CCTVs everywhere. But abhi toh sirf blueprints hain, kuch tangible nahi dikha.
