Sattva Lake Ridge site visit — layout ka kya scene hai?

Sattva Lake Ridge — dekhta rehta hoon ads iske. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya perhaps a villa if the price jump is justified. Visited Sattva Lake Ridge site last week, and honestly, layout thoda compact laga. Carpet area efficiency pe doubt hai, especially for a 3BHK. Lagta hai spaces are small compared to total sqft. Daily living ke liye kaisa hai? Nearby schools aur grocery options kitne convenient hain? Mere office commute bhi dekhna hai. Is it genuinely a good home, ya sirf marketing hype? Any residents here, can you share your experience? I already have a home loan, so har paisa count karta hai. Should I consider other options like Prestige? Not sure if the premium is worth it. Kya lagta hai?
