Sattva Lake Ridge — honestly, I'm trying to figure out the real picture here. It's my first property, and my parents keep saying to check beyond the brochure. I visited the site, everything looks great on paper, but I'm worried about the day-to-day stuff. How reliable is the water supply there, really? Are people constantly dealing with tankers or is the tank capacity good enough? And what about power backup? Is it full flat backup or just common areas? Also, the elevators... are they well-maintained? I hear stories about slow response times for issues in other societies. Just want to make sure it feels like a genuine home, not just a fancy apartment. Any residents care to share their actual experiences?
