Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last weekend and honestly, I'm a bit worried. I work in real estate, so I know the games, but seeing the under-construction quality firsthand... it's a bit jarring. Finishings ka kaam abhi se itna rough lag raha hai. Walls mein small cracks, plumbing lines ki fitting dekh kar tension ho rahi hai. As an investor, I'm thinking about long-term maintenance aur resale value. Kya future buyer aise quality ke liye premium dega? Ya phir yeh normal hai construction ke final stages mein fix ho jaata hai? Anyone else noticed this ya main overthinking kar raha hoon? Builder ki site par yeh sab normal hai kya? What to check for to avoid future headaches?
